Нейрофизиологические механизмы болезни Альцгеймера
Диссертация
У больных БА выявлено повышение уровня гормона стресса кортизола по сравнению с нормой. Неблагоприятное влияние стресса на когнитивные функции больных БА объясняется нарушением функциональной активности мозга под действием кортизола. В настоящем исследовании обнаружена прямая корреляция между повышением кортизола и нарастанием дельта-активности в лобной и затылочной областях правого полушария… Читать ещё >
