Актуальность проблемы. В последние годы генетические заболевания человека, связанные с дефектами в сворачивании белков или их агрегацией, привлекают пристальное внимание ученых. Было показано, что в эти процессы вовлекаются промежуточные состояния различных белков, не имеющих жесткой нативной структуры и способных адаптироваться к различным условиям в клетке.
