Возрастные и гендерные особенности
Впервые показано комплексное влияние уровней депрессии и тревоги, изменений гемореологического и провоспалительного статуса в госпитальном периоде на течение и прогноз ОИМ. Выявлено, что у мужчин с ИМ в госпитальном периоде симптомы депрессии встречаются чаще, чем у женщин, однако у последних они более выражены.
