  • 1. Репликация ВИЧ-1 в С04-лимфоцитах является результатом их межклеточных взаимодействий как с профессиональными, так и полупрофессиональными антиген-презентирующими клетками
  • 2. Ведущим фактором репликации ВИЧ-1 в лимфоцитах взаимодействующих с различными типами антиген-презентирующих клеток, являются лиганд-рецепторные взаимодействия
  • 3. Репликация ВИЧ-1 в лимфоцитах, взаимодействующих с эндотелиальными клетками, не сопровождается появлением классических признаков их активации и пролиферации

4. Эндотелиальные клетки индуцируют устойчивость к апоптозу продуктивно инфицированных лимфоцитов, в то время как профессиональные антиген-презентирующие клетки (дендритные клетки и макрофаги) не обладают данной способностью.

5. Устойчивость продуктивно инфицированных лимфоцитов к апоптозу обусловлена их лиганд-рецепторными межклеточными взаимодействиями с эндотелиальными клетками.

6. Способность эндотелиальных клеток инициировать репликацию ВИЧ-1 в лимфоцитах является результатом экспрессии в инфицированных клетках вирусного белка Nef. Дендритные клетки и макрофаги инициируют репликацию ВИЧ-1 в лимфоцитах Nef-независимым путем.

7. Устойчивость к апоптозу у продуктивно инфицировнных лимфоцитов, взаимодействующих с эндотелиальными клетками, обусловлена вирусным белком Nef.
