В современной литературе значительное число работ посвящено преимуществам и недостаткам той или иной методики имплантации печени. Однако до сегодняшнего момента нет отражения выбора методики кавальной реконструкции в зависимости от интраоперационных находок, конверсии с одной техники на другую.
