Актуальность. Неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени в настоящее время рассматривается как клинико-гистологическая группа заболеваний. Она включает широкий спектр поражений печени от неосложненного стеатоза до стеатогепатита, стеатонекроза, выраженного фиброза и цирроза.
