Разработка систем идентификации фитопатогенов различных таксономических групп методом FLASH-PCR (реферат, курсовая, диплом, контрольная)

выводы.

1. Разработана общая стратегия диагностики фитопатогенов методом ПЦР в формате FLASH.

2. Подтверждено, что зонд типа «молекулярный маячок» обладает меньшим уровнем фоновой флуоресценции, чем TaqMan, и также, как и TaqMan, разрушается Taq-полимеразой с 5'-3' экзонуклеазной активностью, а следовательно лучше всего подходит для ПНР в формате FLASH.

3. Созданы SCAR-маркеры для детекции 18 фитопатогенов методом ПЦР в формате FLASH по унифицированному алгоритму.

4. Для каждой тест-системы сконструированы и проклонированы положительные контроли.

5. Разработанные тест-системы внедрены в производство на базе ЗАО «НПФ ДНК-Технология».
