Диссертация
Действие провоспалительных цитокинов в очагах демиелинизации проявляется в активации глиальных клеток, моноцитов, и стимуляции экспрессии клетками молекул, опосредующих апоптотические процессы (Fas-антигена, FasL, TNF-R1). В экспрессии этих молекул участвуют все клетки, вовлеченные в демиелинизирующий процесс, что обуславливает дуализм апоптотических процессов в патогенезе PC. С одной стороны… Читать ещё >
