Гипохлорит и окислительная модификация липопротеинов крови человека
Диссертация
В ходе исследований нами было обнаружено, что ряд физиологически важных соединений может повлиять на гипохлорит-индуцированную модификацию ЛП или активацию ПОЛ. Так методом остановленной струи было показано, что гипохлорит реагирует с нитритом (основным физиологическим метаболитом 'N0, продуцируемым многими клетками) с бимолекулярной константой скорости (7,4 ± 1,3)*103 М" 1с" 1 (рН 7,2).
