Диссертация
В механизме развития фиброза миокарда при хронической почечной недостаточности имеет значение возрастание уровня TGF-pi в сыворотке крови, которое предшествует накоплению коллагена в сердце. TGF-pi можно рассматривать как прогностический маркер фиброза миокарда при хронической почечной недостаточности.
