Впервые определены полногеномные нуклеотидные последовательности прототипного штамма Ю690 вируса Бханджа и штамма Ш191 вируса Кисмайо. На основании множественного выравнивания выведенных аминокислотных последовательностей вирусов Бханджа и Кисмайо с последовательностями представителей семейства Випу№тс1ае и филогенетического анализа впервые установлена принадлежность этих вирусов к роду… Читать ещё >
