Диссертация
В связи с участием трегалозы в защите мембран от теплового шока возникает вопрос о роли фосфолипидов — основных компонентов липидного бислоя. Известно, что в зоне толерантности адаптация к температурным колебаниям осуществляется путем изменения состава мембранных липидов и (или) их жирных кислот.
