Изучение амилоидных свойств саркомерных белков семейства тайтина
Диссертация
Данная работа посвящена изучению способности белков семейства тайтина формировать амилоидные фибриллы. В настоящее время известна большая группа белков семейства тайтина (тайтин, С-белок, Х-белок, Н-белок и другие), относящихся к саркомерным белкам поперечно-полосатых мышц позвоночных.
