Патология перинатального периода является социально значимой проблемой современной педиатрии. Несмотря на несомненные успехи, достигнутые в понимании особенностей патологии перинатального периода, совершенствование инструментальных и медикаментозных возможностей современной реанимации, отдаленные последствия тяжелой перинатальной патологии оставляют широкий диапазон для исследований.
