Таким образом, жёсткая селекция с использованием летальных доз гигромицина Б позволила нам преодолеть один из недостатков существующих протоколов трансформации гвоздики, а именно образования большого числа нетрансгенных побегов при селекции на канамицине (NPTII), генетицине (NPTII) и биалофосе (Ваг).
