При расширенных и комбинированных вмешательствах, выполняемых у больных раком пищевода и раком желудка с переходом на пищевод, после которых наиболее частым осложнением являются пневмонии, нередко имеют место несколько инфекционных осложнений, сепсис, и послеоперационное ведение таких больных осуществляется в условиях отделения реанимации и интенсивной терапии, использования АБП недостаточно… Читать ещё >
