Мутагенное действие излучений с разной ЛПЭ на клетки млекопитающих и хромосомная нестабильность HPRT-мутантных субклонов

В работе излагаются результаты проведенных исследований по изучению количественных закономерностей мутагенного действия на клетки млекопитающих ионизирующих излучений разного качества: у-лучей 60Со, протонов с энергией 1 ГэВ, ускоренных заряженных ионов 4Не, 12С, 14N с разными ЛПЭ. Проведена оценка ОБЭ ионов гелия и углерода в широком диапазоне ЛПЭ (20−367 кэВ/мкм) по индукции HPRT-мутаций… Читать ещё >
