Актуальность проблемы. Известно, что параметры потенциала действия (ЦЦ) детерминируют развитие сократительного акта сердечной мышцы. Длительность ЦЦ определяет не только время рефрактерного состояния, но и продолжительность открытых «ворот» для негативного тока ионов Св?+ через деполяризованную мембрану. Возрастание частоты сердечного ритма уменьшает длительность ПД, увеличивает амплитуду… Читать ещё >
