Несмотря на значимость и сложность проблемы билиарных заболеваний, в России сейчас выполняется сравнительно немного работ на современном методическом уровне (4, 10, 20, 151). Не уделяется необходимого внимания исследованию выраженных этнических различий распространенности холелитиаза (167).
