Клонирование, анализ структуры и характеристика регуляторных областей двух паралогичных генов эстрогенсульфотрансферазы крысы
Диссертация
К настоящему времени полностью охарактеризована структура только одного гена подсемейства Ste — гена Ste человека, организация которого во многом сходна с организацией других генов сульфотрансфераз. Клонирована также 5'-область гена Ste морской свинки, содержащая 2 первых экзона и предполагаемую промоторную обасть.
