Динамика маркеров воспаления и NT-proBNP при остром коронарном синдроме: зависимость от тактики лечения и влияние на прогноз
Диссертация
Впервые в отечественной практике проведен комплексный анализ динамики маркеров воспаления и МТ-ргоВМ5, а также определено влияние показателей на прогноз при разной тактике лечения больных с ОКС по данным однолетнего наблюдения. Выявлено наличие более высокого исходного уровня маркеров воспаления (СРБ, ИЛ6) и МТ-ргоВЫР при 68 Т ОКС, по сравнению с больными с БТ ОКС. В дальнейшем, уровень №Г-ргоВКР… Читать ещё >
