Диссертация
Проводимая терапия, включающая ферментные, антисекреторные препараты, октреотид, антациды, пробиотики, гепатопротекторы, способствует постепенному повышению качества жизни в течение года после панкреатодуоденальной резекции. Показано, что у пациентов, перенесших ПДР менее 6 месяцев назад, уровень состояния общего здоровья достоверно ниже, чем у пациентов, у которых после ПДР прошел 1 год и более… Читать ещё >
