Комплексное лечение угревой болезни среднетяжелого и тяжелого течения комбинированным химическим пилингом в сочетании с низкими дозами изотретиноина
Диссертация
К ним относятся: препараты с фруктовыми кислотами (гликолевой, молочной, тартаровой и т. д.), азелаиновой и салициловой кислотами. Эти препараты оказывают кератолитическое воздействие, истончают роговой слой, уменьшая скопление роговых клеток в устьях фолликулов и способствуя сужению устья.
