Диссертация
Светоизлучающие устройства на основе полимеров называют полимерными светодиодами (ПСД). В литературе ПСД называют также диоды, выполненные на полимерной подложке. Основой для ПСД могут служить высокомолекулярные соединения, которые имеют хорошую адгезию к материалу анода и высокую гибкость в пленке. Радиус изгиба таких изделий может достигать 1 см и менее.
