Катализируемый субтилизином 72 пептидный синтез в органических растворителях
Диссертация
В УФ-спектре пробы субтилизина в ацетонитриле максимума при 280 нм не наблюдалось, вид спектра свидетельствовал о сильном светорассеянии. По-видимому, субтилизин, по крайней мере, основная его часть, существует в ацетонитриле в виде суспензии, а не истинного раствора. После повторного центрифугирования суспензии субтилизина в ацетонитриле при 10 ООО g и 4 °C спектр полученного супернатанта принял… Читать ещё >
