Впервые вне тромболитического лечения установлены факторы риска развития ГТ, определена доминирующая роль кардиоэмболического механизма ишемического инсульта и тяжести неврологического дефицита в дебюте заболевания в последующем возникновении интраишемического кровоизлияния.
