Патогенетическая роль ЛП (а) в развитии ИБС не столь очевидна. Анализ ряда проспективных исследований г указывает на связь между повышенным уровнем ЛП (а) плазмы и вероятностью-стенокардии. Из 13 проспективных исследований результаты 9 подтверждают связь повышенного уровня ЛП (а) с ИБС, а в четырех из них эта связь отрицается.
