Состояние слизистой оболочки толстой кишки у детей с хроническим колостазом
Диссертация
Для наиболее объективной оценки степени патологических изменений со стороны основных структур толстой кишки, участвующих в осуществлении моторной функции последней, целесообразно производить фиброколоноскопию с лестничной биопсией участков слизистой оболочки различных отделов толстой кишки в первую очередь больным с длительностью основной патологии боле 3-х лет.
