Клиническое течение, исходы и лечение вирусных гепатитов у больных ВИЧ-инфекцией
Из опубликованных данных ряда исследований известно о взаимном влиянии ВИЧ и ВГС/ВГВ на течение, как ВИЧ-инфекции, так и ХГС/ХГВ. Частота развития СПИДа и летального исхода, обусловленного СПИД-ассоциированными заболеваниями, существенно выше у лиц с сочетанной инфекцией ВГВ/ВИЧ и/или ВГС/ВИЧ.
