Лечебно-диагностическая эндоскопическая тактика при эпителиальных новообразованиях толстой кишки небольших размеров
Диссертация
Дополнены представления о закономерностях опухолевой прогрессии эпителиальных новообразований толстой кишки. Установлено, что в 5— 10% новообразований, имеющих структуру гиперпластических полипов и тубулярных аденом, уже через 12 месяцев выявляется облигатный предрак. Завершение канцерогенеза с исходом в колоректальный рак в течение года наблюдается в 3,5% тубулярных и в 17% тубулярно-ворсинчатых… Читать ещё >
