Клинико-патогенетическая роль растворимых форм мембранных антигенов клеток иммунной системы в развитии иммунопатологии человека
Диссертация
При остром гепатите С повышена только концентрация sCD38 антигена. Сывороточные уровни sCD50, sHLA-I и sCD95 антигенов статистически достоверно повышались только при хронической форме инфекции. Установлено, что при хронической форме гепатита С высокий уровень sCD38 антигена коррелирует с увеличением активности AJ1T и присутствием в сыворотке крови РНК HCV.
