Сравнительный анализ экспрессии гена белка Fas в клетках человека при различных альтерирующих воздействиях на организм
Диссертация
Проведенный анализ спектра форм мРНК Fas белка и уровня экспрессии мРНК FasTMDel в сравнении с его содержанием в сыворотке крови позволяет предположить, что повышение сывороточного содержания суммарного растворимого Fas белка при хронических гепатитах В и С может быть связано с исчезновением в мононуклеарных клетках крови мРНК FasExo3,4Del формы и наличием только одной минорной формы мРНК… Читать ещё >
