В то же время, методика работы с этим набором не разработана и не апробирована офтальмологами. Помимо того, данный набор трудно доступен российским офтальмологам и оптометристам. Поэтому требовалось не только создать методику подбора прогрессивных очков в кабинете врача-офтальмолога (оптометриста), но и разработать адекватную замену пробного набора Essilor имеющимися средствами.
