По их наблюдениям сочетание анеуплоидности с высоким содержанием клеток в S фазе более 20% указывало на неблагоприятный прогноз, чем исследование только плоидности (р=0,3). Выживаемость больных анеуплоидными опухолями с высокой долей клеток в фазе S клеточного цикла (более 20%) была в 3,7 раз ниже, чем при анеуплоидных опухолях с низкой пролиферативной активностью.
