Наименее затратно-эффективной местной терапией ВВК во время беременности является использование клотримазола без изменения коэффициента «стоимость-эффективность» при близком и отдаленном контроле излеченности (44,0 и 44,0 соответственно), далее следуют комбинация тернидазол/неомицин/нистатин/преднизолон (210,0 и 233,3 соответственно) и хлоргексидин (228,8 и 305,0 соответственно).
