Диссертация
В случае с ЕПБО кабинет, бизнес, пресса и общественное мнение фактически не оказывали значимого воздействия на британскую политику. Участию Великобритании в данной политике способствовало весьма вероятное улучшение отношений с её партнёрами по ЕС, при этом в качестве противодействующего фактора могло рассматриваться желание сохранить «особые отношения» с США.
