Диссертация
Важным направлением современных исследований систем Р-М является изучение особенностей регуляции гсипой экспрессии образующих их ферментов — ДНК-метилтрансфераз и эпдопуклеаз рестрикции. ДНК клетки-«хозяина» защищена от гидролиза эндонуклеазой рестрикции посредством специфического метилирования. Очевидно, что нарушение механизма метилирования «хозяйской» ДНК приведет к ее фрагментированию… Читать ещё >
