Диссертация
При более травматичных операциях (операции на желудке, на толстой кишкеоперации, связанные с удалением нескольких органов брюшной полости и т. п.) необходимо использовать сочетание НСПВП (кетопрофен) в комбинации с частичным агонистом ц-опиатных рецепторов (бупренорфин) по схеме: кетопрофен — 100 мг, бупренорфин 0,3 мг внутримышечно за 30 мин до начала операции + кетопрофен 100 мг внутримышечно… Читать ещё >
