Сравнительная оценка результатов каротидной эндартерэктомии и каротидного стентирования у больных со стенозами сонных артерий
Диссертация
Для каротидной эндартерэктомии факторами риска цереброваскулярных осложнений являются контралатеральная окклюзия у пациентов, перенесших инсульт менее 6 месяцев назад (р<0,05), а также применение временного внутрипросветного шунта у пациентов старше 75 лет (р<0,05).
