Адаптационная защита сосудистой системы при гиперпродукции оксида азота
Диссертация
Впервые показана возможность воспроизведения защитных эффектов адаптации и ограничения гиперпродукции N0 путем предварительного введения животным донора N0 ДНКЖ. Это подтверждает гипотезу о том, что предупреждение гиперпродукции N0 на фоне адаптационного повышения мощности ЫО-синтезирующих систем может быть обусловлено ингибированием ЫО-синтазы по механизму отрицательной обратной связи.
