Диссертация
Наличие и выраженность нарушений функционального состояния эндотелия, в первую очередь, его вазорегулирующей функции, позволяет оценивать реальный сердечно-сосудистый риск у пациентов с анкилозирующим спондилитом, поскольку в условиях существования системного воспаления оценка лишь классических кардиоваскулярных факторов риска является неприемлемой.
