Диссертация
Несмотря на то, что количество пластических операций при пороках аортального клапана увеличивается ежегодно, основным методом хирургической коррекции остается протезирование. Одной из важнейших проблем хирургии сердца и сосудов является поиск оптимальных материалов и изготовление из них трансплантатов.
