Фармакологическая коррекция поведенческих и биохимических нарушений при синдроме социальной изоляции у крыс
Диссертация
В экспериментальных условиях социальную изоляцию моделируют выращиванием животных (крысы, мыши) в изоляции от сородичей с момента их самообеспечения. Такие животные характеризуются повышением двигательных и эмоциональных реакций, изменением чувствительности рецепторов ней-ромедиаторов (дофамина, норадреналина, серотонина, ГАМК, глутамата) к фармакологическим агентам, дисбалансом обмена отдельных… Читать ещё >
