Всем реципиентам ТГСК в посттрансплантационном периоде целесообразно проведение скрининга с определением галактоманнана в сыворотке крови — 2 раза в неделю, при появлении лихорадки неясного генеза — посев крови, проведение компьютерной томографии органов грудной полости и придаточных пазух носа, ультразвукового исследования органов брюшной полости и забрюшинного пространства.
