Следует отметить, что в указанных исследованиях не проводился анализ влияния различных вариантов распределения жировой ткани, гормонально-метаболических факторов, связанных с висцеральным ожирением, и не оценивался вклад наследственных тромбофилий и ассоциированных с ними гёмокоагуляционных нарушений на клинические исходы после операции АКШ.
