Нитроксидергические механизмы адъювантного артрита
Диссертация
В последнее время исследователей привлекает участие оксида азота в патогенезе РА. Обнаружено, что концентрация нитрита в синовиальной жидкости у больных РА была значительно выше концентрации нитритов в сыворотке крови у тех же больных, что иллюстрирует высокий локальный уровень синтеза N0 в суставах, пораженных РА.
