Определение нелетучих органических соединений методом газовой хроматографии-масс-спектрометрии в токсикологических исследованиях
Диссертация
Экспериментально подтверждено, что при разработке методик па основе ГХМС-ТФМЭ решающее значение имеет подбор таких параметров как тип микроволокпа, температура и время пробоотбора, ионная сила раствора. Влияние указанных факторов в равной мере проявляется как в случае пробоотбора из равновесного пара (этиловый эфир ФК), так и при погружении микроволокна в пробу и дериватизации апалитов… Читать ещё >
