Ионные механизмы регуляции развития и прорастания мужского гаметофита табака Nicotiana tabacum L
Диссертация
Наряду с изменениями ионного состава, развитие и прорастание мужского гаметофита сопровождается изменением величины внутриклеточного pH, которые отчетливо выявляются методами микрофлуориметрии и юоветной флуориметрии. Установлено, что переход мужского гаметофита в состояние физиологического покоя сопряжен с резким снижением внутриклеточного pH, а выход из этого состояния при инициации… Читать ещё >
