Научная новизна. Впервые получены данные об активации ATM/ATR сигнального каскада, ключевого в ответе на появление двунитевых разрывов ДНК, после инфекции штаммами Н. pyori Р12 дикого типа и мутанта Н. pylori APAI, дефектного по островку патогенности, в культуре клеток аденокарциномы желудка (AGS) и карциномы эндометрия человека (HeLa).
