ПРАКТИЧЕСКИЕ РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ.
1. Уровень теломеразной активности при CIN дает возможность дифференцировать терапевтическую тактику. Высокий уровень активности теломеразы, циклина В1 и Ki67 являются фактором неблагоприятного прогноза при предраке шейки матки и формируют более активные лечебные мероприятия.
2. Определение ВПЧ при CIN I-III ст. более целесообразно осуществлять в комплексе с изучением уровня онкобелка Е7, что позволит более целенаправленно проводить как противовирусную терапию, так и различные диагностические и лечебные воздействия. Во всех ситуациях при положительном анализе Е7 необходимо применение опережающих видов терапии.
3. Комплекс стандартных мероприятий при скрининге рака шейки матки в лечебно-профилактических учреждениях необходимо дополнить анализами на онкобелок Е7 и опредение уровня активности Теломеразы.
